Sean Harris - Technician / CEO
Sean received a masters degree in Business Management and Risk Management Insurance from C.S.U. Sacramento in 2005.
A Sacramento native, Sean has lived in the Arden Arcade area for most of his life. After working for Trish Harrington, the prior owner of A Leap Ahead IT and long time friend, for over 5 years Sean jumped at the opportunity to purchase A Leap Ahead IT in May of 2010. Sean is finishing up a Masters of Business Administration at C.S.U.S. and is constantly expanding his IT knowledge through industry certifications. Sean is the current President of the BNI Rio Sacramento networking group.
Ryan Stewart - Lead Technician
Ryan is a CompTIA A+ certified technician, a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS).
Ryan Stewart a Sacramento native and avid computer enthusiast had been running the business Sacramento Laptop since 2005. Ryan joined forces with A Leap Ahead IT in May of 2010 on a more full time basis after several years of conducting specialized jobs for ALAIT. Ryan is the lead business IT technician and chief laptop and PC technician. Ryan’s specialties include: web work, board level soldering, PC and laptop hardware and business IT management.
Kathryn Souza-Stewart - Office Manager
Kathryn has an Associates degree in Business and a certificate for the Customer Service course from Sacramento City College.
Growing up on a small farm in Natomas, Katie is no stranger to hard work and dedication. Katie enjoys helping those in need and has worked many years helping the seniors of Sacramento. One of Katie's favorite activities is taking her certified therapy dog, a yorkie named Cashew to visit older adults and children. Katie works for A Leap Ahead on a part time basis to help keep things organized and to attend lunch meetings with other local small businesses.
Patricia Harrington - Public Relations
Trish is the Vice President and Treasurer of the Arden Arcade Community Alliance and has a degree in Telecommunications Management from Golden Gate University.
Trish Harrington is the original owner and founder of A Leap Ahead IT or formerly known as CMIT of Sacramento. Trish helped build the foundation of the company that still reflects in our attitudes towards our customers. Trish believes that ALAIT should always strive to meet or exceed the customers expectations and is big part of why A Leap Ahead continues to succeed today. Trish continues to meet with customers and potential customers to find ways for us to better meet their IT needs.
